Role:
§ Drive sales through understanding of the target customer's business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Vertiv brings to them;
§ Position the business solutions of the company by coordinating presentations, conferences and meetings;
§ Manage client relations regarding all technical, commercial and production matters in accordance with the overall corporate client strategy;
§ Obtain, analyze and verify information on competitor actions regarding each client and the market as a whole, at a global level, and react accordingly drawing on this information;
§ Develop close relations with decision makers and managers of a corporate client;
§ Attain the status of valued consultant for the client;
§ Understand a client's financial structure and limitations; develop solutions to overcome the issues facing clients;
§ Prepare and coordinate company resources to attain general corporate targets and client service targets.
Responsibilities:
§ Business Relationships: Actively seeks outs, plans and leverages internal and external relationships to drive business for Vertiv. Establishes strategic relationships or a vision for developing a committed customer;
§ Sales Process: Proactively leads, manages and executes the disciplined sales process from start to finish; anticipates customer needs and requirements ensuring that they are met every step of the way from sale to execution;
§ Customers: Exhibits extensive knowledge of the customers' business, strategic drivers, financial requirements and is able to discuss and leverage strategic business value in conversation at the highest levels of the organization;
§ Results: Profitable growth and focus on in the form of new customers and new opportunities.
Requirements:
§ 5+ years of strong experience in executive sales to End Users and working with Design Institutes in Oil& Gas industry;
§ Deep understanding of market structure and line of development;
§ Active sales and business development background (proven result);
§ Self-motivated, ambitious, pro-active and tenacious, with the capability of achieving challenging targets;
§ Advanced English language skills.
