Our Client, international middle - size, rapidly growing trade and manufacturing company that offers highly functional and very good quality products for your home & garden,
is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of:
Sales & Operating Manager in Moscow
Ref. No: S&O Man._Moscow_2019
Location: Moscow
Territory: Eastern markets (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan)
Reports to: Sales Director EE & Board Members
Responsibilities:
- Co-creating and implementing the commercial strategy for Russia, Belarus & Kazakhstan;
- Building & managing front & back office few people staff;
- Responsibility for the company’s P&L in managed countries;
- Daily operating with currently existing Clients: international & local retailers (DIY, FMCG), wholesalers & dealers & negotiations of annual contracts with new ones, e-commerce trade activities;
- Closely cooperation with factories in Russia & in Europe, warehouse management, ‘keeping an eye’ for stocks, purchasing in accordance with forecasted sales level & listed SKUs.
- Developing marketing & merchandising solutions to push sales from B2C – implementing promotions activities in cooperation with external merchandising agencies, hostesses;
- Traveling to Belarus, Kazakhstan & company’s HQ for region in Western Europe;
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales activities for non-food, international trade &/or manufacturing company with contacts with DIY, FMCG (non food category) retailers, distributors;
- Ability to build, maintain & develop effective B2B customer relationships, experience in leading B2B sales process and the ability to ‘close of’ large commercial contracts;
- Good customer and profit orientation & strong negotiations skills;
- Proven track record of developing an effective sales & back office team;
- Fluent in Russian & English language;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel is needed);
- Driving license category B, willingness to extensive travelling;
- Well-organized, goal-oriented, analytical, communicative and very dynamic person.
- Contract of employment in the firm with proven history of existence on the worldwide markets;
- Working tools: mobile phone, laptop, company car;
- Attractive, motivating salary package including monthly retainer plus annual bonus based on sales results, medical care;
- Ability to grow within the organisation and the structure of the group;
