Therefore, we are looking for a HR-manager, who will be responsible for all HR-activities of the Company in Russia. Do you want to become a member of our team? The responsibilities of HR-manager include three blocks of activities:
1. To prepare HR-documentation of the Company and check the compliance of the documentation with the current labour laws and other related legal acts of Russia. This includes but not limited to:
- Hiring documentation preparation: to collect, check and keep all necessary documents, to prepare employment applications, orders, personnel cards and other necessary documents;
- Contract termination documentation preparation;
- Vacation schedule preparation, documentation regarding vacation check and preparation, calculation of vacation days left etc.
- Monthly HR-documentation preparation: to collect the information for personnel worksheet preparation and provide it together with supporting documents to finance department for salary calculation;
- Drafting and approval bilingual labour contracts, Addendums to labour contracts etc.;
- Drafting and approval bilingual job descriptions, changes to job descriptions etc.;
- Preparation of staff lists and related orders;
- Preparation of HR-policies and related orders, update of existing policies, familiarization of the employees with new policies and updates;
- Arrangement of passes for new employees;
- Reference letters for employees, copies of labour books and other documents preparation upon request;
- Familiarization of employees with HR-documents, orders etc;
- Consulting employees on labour law upon request;
- Support of expatriate employees with work permits, visas, accommodation, etc;
- Arrangement and support of procedure of special assessment of working places;
- Coordination of employee insurance benefits, support of claims and other issues.
2. Recruiting new employees (at all levels both for Moscow office and for facility and office in Skopin):
- Search for the candidates for the opened positions;
- Filter incoming resumes according Company’s requirements;
- First stage interview of the candidates;
- Arrangements of the future steps of the interviewing process;
- To inform all the candidates about the results of interviews;
- PI test arrangement and analyzation of results.
- Introduction of new employees with the office, corporate life, rules and values.
3. Coordination of training programs:
- Coordination of all processes related to training programs: presentations preparation, interactions with students and Administration of educational institutions, preparation of all documents and contracts related etc.
- Maintenance of documentation of personnel training.
What we expect?
- Completed University degree in psychology, law or extensive practical experience in the field of HR;
- At least 5 years of working experience as HR-manager, excellent knowledge of Russian labour law;
- Excellent communication skills both in Russian and English;
- Readiness and willingness to travel;
- Experience as a HR in Pharma industry is a major plus.
