This is a unique opportunity for energetic and strategically thinking professional to supervise and develop business on a large scale.

Reporting relationship: The position will report directly to: General Director Russia and CIS.

Your Responsibilities

Managing Business:

Full responsibility for the operations of in-flight meal production unit (CSC – Customer Service Center);
Ensure the development of an annual business plan and budgeting for CSC specific objectives and strategy in coordination with the relevant interfaces;
Oversee the CSC economic and operating performance. Ensure that the CSC is managed and controlled efficiently in line with the company’s framework and market requirements. Lead the CSC to achieve the budget targets and initiate corrective actions if necessary;
Ensure optimal deployment of human, technical, financial and material resources;
Ensure that the CSC work methods are in line with the company standards and customer contracts;
Ensure Regional Business Strategy and Policies implementation and development;
Short-term and mid-term business planning and management on products and services;
Planning, coordinating and controlling activities, including Procurement/ Manufacturing/ Logistics/ HR/ Finance/ Quality and Customer Service, in order to achieve targets and objectives;
Initiate and evaluate capital expenditure requests;
Initiate and control continuous optimization of processes, share and implement LSG Sky Chefs best practices;
Plan, implement and control the cost and investment budget in the area of responsibility; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations;
Ensure the compliance with safety, security, health, environmental and quality guidelines provided by corporate and local regulations as well as customer requirements and with the LSG Code of Conduct and compliance in general;
Ensure clear communication and close cooperation with all relevant internal and external interfaces;
Ensure the procurement/purchase of all materials and services needed at the CSC are available and are in line with the company’s standards;

Leadership:

Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed;
Guide, motivate and develop the directly and indirectly subordinate employees within the Human Resources Policy;
Ensure a sustainable organization by recognizing talent, planning, training, coaching, hiring and succession planning;
Make the company's values and management principles live in the CSC;

The main operating region: Russia, Siberia/Ural region

Our Expectations:

Deep experience, preferably in the Food Processing, including processes and people management for at least 5 years;
University Degree or similar qualification either in Process or Industrial Engineering, Commercial Management or associated disciplines;
Working experience in an international matrix organization;
Experience in Customer Management
Experience and comfort in acting in a representation capacity
Personal resilience and toughness in maintaining standards but also in a way that maintains relationships
People leadership and comfort in managing and communicating with all levels in the organization & in society
Ability to travel within and outside of Russia
Strong financial acumen and understanding of business profitability factors and strategic development possibilities;
Strong analytical and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and to handle multiple projects at one time maintaining focus on deadlines;
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Team player, builder and leader with keen interest for processes improvement and strong results orientation;
Fluency in English and Russian (written and verbal);
Ability to relocate.
