Responsibilities:

• Manage and control conducting statutory accounting and tax accounting system, process, policies according on the Company’s specifics environment;
• Manage the accounting information system and reporting in accordance with the tax accounting, statistical and management accounting;
• Organize work on maintaining and controlling of the ledgers, cost estimates execution, property accounting, liabilities, materials and supplies inventories, cash, financial, payment and credit organizations, production and distribution costs, sales;
• Manage work with Tax Authorities, Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, a compulsory health insurance and etc.;
• Accounting for the capital asset and capital investment, invisible assets, contractors (suppliers and customers). Reconciliation statements;
• Inventory of assets and liabilities, documentary presence, status and evaluation;
• Ensure the preservation of accounting documents and submitting them to the archive;
• Trade accounting import / export;
• Manage Payroll calculation (vacations, sick leaves) and payroll taxes;
• Interact with banks, tax authorities and external auditors;
• Control of cash operations
• Preparation of invoices and closing documents with clients.
• Prepare and provide management and IFRS reports.
• Manage an Accounting team – 15 subordinates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics;
• 6+ years of working experience as Chief Accountant and/ or Financial Controller within services company preferably in HoReCa;
• Good knowledge of accounting legislation, finance and tax laws;
• Good knowledge of accounting regulations and guidance, creditors and debtors’ payments rules, audits rules;
• Excellent knowledge of Tax, statistical and management accounting;
• Experience in IFRS reporting;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, 1C, Navision as plus, Power point;
• Good in English or French(writing and oral);
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to formally present financial information to management;
• Independent Thinker and Decision-Maker with strong management skills.
