Responsibilities:

• Develop design documentation for HVAC and smoke ventialtion (stages “Design” and “Working drawings”) for the wide range of construction objects (residential, multifunctional and infrastructure) in compliance with the regulations, including drawings, explanatory notes, specifications etc.
• Participate in preparation of the list of initial data for the design
• Participate in site visits, site surveys and technical meetings
• Participate in selection of the HVAC equipment
• Provide services as authors supervision and/or technical supervision engineer, including site visits, technical meetings, development of the authors supervision drawings etc.

Requirements

• Higher education in the engineering field
• Not less than 3 years of experience as HVAC and smoke ventilation engineer
• Fluent knowledge of the main manufactorers of the equipment and materials
• Fluent knowledge of the Russian Federation regulations in design and construction
• Experience in liaison with governmental Expertise bodies will be an advantage
• Experienced user of the engineering software – AutoCAD, REVIT, MagiCAD

Note:

• 1 year contract with possibility of prolongation
• Office in Moscow center
