Nowadays we are in the search of Business Line Manager to join our team.

Job description

- Be responsible for profit & loss as well as key ratios for the Business Line.
- Set and achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on market and customer share and consolidated profitability.
- Prepare, define and execute the business plan and marketing strategies in line with Division directives.
- Define strategies to maximize market coverage through efficient territory management and organisation set-up, and effective distribution channels.
- Manage sales and marketing to their maximum potential.
- Identify key segments and customers and explore potential.
- Lead, coach, motivate and support the competence development of direct reports and sales team.
- Interact with other Business Line Managers to further develop and optimize Customer care.
- Ensure that "The Epiroc Way" and the Code of Conduct are followed.
- Contribute continuously to the customer value and a customer care driven culture.

Experience requirements

- Proven management experience in a similar role.
- Product & application knowledge are a must.
- Experience in mining environment more than 5 years.
- Business management experience.
- Experience in marketing, selling & management of capital equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.

Knowledge

- Fluent Russian and English.

Educational requirements

- University Degree, technical background is preferable.

- Result oriented and ambitious personality with excellent commercial, diplomatic and negotiating skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
