Senior Wholesale finance specialist for international automotive company

Job responsibilities:

Control over internal budget for discounts/ sales incentive programs,
Quarterly budget calculation, monthly plan-fact analysis by program,
Monthly reporting (calculation and posting of accruals for discounts),
Key speaking partner for sales team for developing new programs/ adaptation of terms and conditions to the market,
Checking/ verification of discount programs documentation
Daily control/ planning of cash, deposit placements, foreign exchange operations,
Preparation of weekly cash flow forecast reports for local management and HQ,
Raising of intercompany loans and deposit placements with HQ
Administrating financing schemes for vehicles and parts (maintaining financial policies, communication with credit committee in HQ, calculation of consignment and credit limits, sign-off and distribution of information to dealer network, penalty charges calculation),
Price lists/ discounts maintenance in the local ERP system,
Processing of PTS (vehicle title document) administration and authorization in the internal ERP system,
Handling/ investigation of dealer requests, liaison with sales area managers,
Organization of monthly dealers’ stock audits and annual inventory stock take for vehicles at central compounds and dealers’ stockyards,
Administration of local Risk Committee – organization, preparation of topics, keeping and distribution of the minutes

Requirements:

Higher education (strong preference – Finance/ Accounting/ Economics),
minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a senior specialist and/or team leader, automotive experience strongly preferred;
Advanced PC skills (MS Office, extensive skills in MS Excel);
Very good English knowledge (both verbal and written);
Strong analytical skills,
Excellent communication skills;
Team player;
Ability to handle on-the-job stress with a structured, but flexible and open approach;
Critical approach to existing processes, ability and willingness to innovate
