LABORATORY HEAD (in Mongolia)

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of laboratory efficiency;
• Supervising the work of auxiliary laboratories of the branch;
• Development and control of working and performance of quality management system in the laboratory;
• Ensuring the uninterrupted supply of the laboratory with the necessary consumables, spare materials, standards, reagents, equipment etc.;
• Ensuring the operating condition of laboratory equipment and monitoring compliance with the rules of equipment use in the laboratory;
• Monitoring the safety of the laboratory staff;
• Monitoring of financial indicators and indices.

Requirements:

We are looking for an independent personality with the ability to work within a team and with the following characteristics:

• Diploma with technical/chemistry degree;
• Proven record of accomplishment as Laboratory Head at least 5 years;
• Good knowledge of Quality System principles and Quality Control;
• Team leading experience;
• High level of quality awareness, communication skills and conflict ability;
• Analytical thought (critical and objective);
• Good English (written and spoken).
