Chief Accountant (CA) is responsible for performing and timely delivering of statutory financial and tax reports for Exploration and Production Software Legal Entities of EMERSON in Russia. CA is acting in compliance with Russian Legislation and EMERSON CP&P, collaborating with Russia governmental authorities and auditors.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as Chief Accountant for several legal entities (including the branch of foreign company)
Control period closure procedure in 1C for managerial, accounting and tax purposes
Prepare Quarter and Annual Financial Statement (all templates, statistics)
Prepare Quarter and Annual Tax Files (VAT, CIT, Property and Transport Tax)
Control Inter Group transactions, separate VAT transactions
Reconcile Tax transactions in 1C and Oracle EBS (VAT, CIT)
Support import-export transactions
Control the payroll and payroll tax calculations and payments
Communicate with tax authorities for requests; timely submission of tax files and FS
Communicate with state authorities for FS issues
Coordinate the annual statutory audit of FS
Manage a team with close collaboration within finance team
Coordinate the automation within 1C

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Certified Chief Accountant with at least 5 years practical experience in role in Multinational company
University degree, Financial qualification
Experience in Hi-Tech or SW business is highly preferred
Excellent practical knowledge of 1C
Practical experience with tax audits
Experience with ERP implementation or customizing projects
Direct team management
Analytical skills, attention to details
Readiness to contribute in a dynamic BU
Intermediate English
