DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with dealers and conducting marketing and sales promotion activities, and visiting key clients;
- Follow up dealers activities, their efforts to bring new clients, business, etc…;
- Managing dealers retail and inventory volume and machines selling price;
- Work with Finance functions in regard to dealers payment Core Responsibilities;
- Availability for travels;
- Achieve sales of machines in the assigned territory through companies dealers and sometimes direct sales. Support sales of spare parts;
- Be the responsible for the relationship between company and the dealers in the Territory;
- Be the primary responsible person for the sales process: Agree with the dealer the price and conditions of sales, prepare and finalize production contracts;
- Be the primary responsible for the dealer payment behavior. Follow up on due and overdue payments for machines and parts;
- Replace current dealers with better ones if necessary;
- Communicate with Russia and China Headquarters to report status of business, request support, respond to questions, etc.;
- Provide sales training and support materials to the dealer network.
- Daily management of sales, development and execution of territory sales plan, reach the sales target;
- Manage dealers inventory and orders;
- Manage the down payment and receivables;
- Support and manage dealers; Support service, parts and marketing project in assigned region;
- Development of key customer relationships;
- Development of strong working relationship with productteam, service team, parts team, marketing team;
- Development of strong working relationship with headquarters;
- Other assignment from director;
- Develop marketing plans with dealers and support execution through the year;
- Support companies dealer standards program to improve dealer capability and performance/
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimun: University degree. Preferably in Business, or Engineering;
Language: Fluent English or Chinese
Training / Courses:
Time management
Finance
- Must have a strong presence and good communication skills, and must fit in a culture of fast action and cooperation. This person must respect people and have the highest integrity;
- Strong experience in marketing and direct sales in CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT industry with a manufacturer or dealer
- Good business sense;
- Experience managing a dealer network;
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
