Multinational FMCG is opening the position of Retail Operations Manager

SUMMARY

The Retail Operations Manager will undertake control for quality, efficiency and effectiveness of Sales Centres (Scs) / decrease costs /monitoring correspondence to regulatory requirements, standards, KPI’s, capacities/provides detailed data, proactive infrastructure capacity plan (relocation, new opening or other solution to support sales) and implement it /implementing of new technological solutions for retail and increase of Customers satisfaction level in the SCs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring of every Sales Centres (SC’s) correspondence to corporate and regulatory requirements through 5S audit (check list), KPI’s, procedures, audit including quarterly operational meetings with Service providers
To provide paperwork to ensure that all the Sales Center related activities are performed in accordance with corporate standards and policies
To analyze Sales Centers financial, quality, performance KPIs and provide actions to achieve the target KPIs levels, provide monthly statistics for SC'c and proactive infrastructure capacity plan
To make sure the all costs are corresponded to the market level and to organize the respective tenders where necessary.
To develop, implement, support and manage the Sales Centers’ projects and initiatives: openings, upgrades, modernizations, relocations of the SC’s and other suitable solutions to support sales.
To ensure that the Sales Centers’ staff and retail areas has all information, equipment, condition and innovation decisions to exceed service level in Sales Centers within in a budget.
To manage/take part/support with local projects
Continue to seek improvement opportunities in order to improve the operations & internal controls effectiveness & customer expirience & cost optimizations for Sales Centers
Any other duties as required by Immediate Supervisor - Sr Sales Centers Operations Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years’ experience in operations retail management/ Materials Management environment and / or Inventory Management, to include use of or knowledge of Inventory Maintenance Systems / Warehousing operations/Quality Assurance skiils for retail infrastructure/Customer Service
Experience of people management
Higher education
Proficient in English language (Upper-Intermeadiate and higher)
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, including expert level of Excel
Experience with big RETAIL CHAINs (food/clothes/catering etc) is a must
Excellent Quality Assurance skills for retail infrastructure, retail customer service skills, KPI’s, standards, audit, proactive infrastructure capacity planning, visual merchandising control management
Excellent project, analytics, organizational, planning & budgeting management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good team player with the ability to quickly establish credibility and build strong effective working relationships
Able to develop, present and implement initiatives in the area of responsibilities
Quick learner and self-motivated.
Adaptable, with a positive and flexible attitude to a complex, changing environment.
Able to work under pressure, deliver to tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
Able to travel around Russia and abroad
