Role & Responsibility:
Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting all digital project\activities (website, e-shop, media buying, campaign sites, SMM etc) related building OPPO as a leading smartphone brand across Russia by working with media planning, social media, and HQ. Understand the Russia smartphone market situation, users’ behavior, competitors’ situation on the market, media\advertising market.
- Prepare and execute digital campaigns to drive traffic to e-shop and brand website.
- Plan different types of digital campaigns for brand and product awareness.
- Manage OPPO official and E-Commerce websites. Develop business plans for online business, emphasizing factors such as special offers, inventory, marketing activities etc.
- Prepare, organize, and update marketing materials (copy & artwork) for websites, including some product descriptions, optimizing content to search engine criteria, creating banners, images, videos, and proposing, implementing, and supporting online promotion campaigns.
- Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising.
- Liaise with HQ, internal resources, and e-commerce agencies regarding the day to day management of the website.
- Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement. Investigate, evaluate, and assess new ways of generating additional traffic/orders.
- Work with the cross-functional teams (PR, Social media, Design, Sales, etc.) and clients to create, propose, and execute effective, tailor-made online campaign landing pages and maximize activity effects under reasonable spending.
- Propose promotion incentives, place orders, inspect goods, and manage the inventory and delivery. Plan and allocate budgets for campaigns, giveaways, etc. and maintain financial trackers for projects; ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or postgraduate qualification in marketing, communications or extensive practical experience to commensurate level.
- At least 3-6+ years of digital and e-commerce experience. Candidates from leading agencies or international brands highly preferred.
- Working experiences highly related in smartphone or technology industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Native Russian speaker, excellent spoken and written in Russian and English, Chinese is a plus.
- Ability to develop and articulate strategy recommendations. Experienced at information research and analysis, content generation of text, data and graphics, storytelling.
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates proficiency in managing agencies and global resource.
- Teamwork spirit, positive attitude, professional manner, detail oriented, and good at multitasking.
- Sense of aesthetics and creativity; outside the box thinking and swiftly reacting to the changing environment.
