Scope: Manage the daily activity of the P2P, lead the restructuring the company to full digitalization and deliver sustained business growth; lead the International expansion and partnership with micro finance organizations (within and outside the group)

Requirements

Experience in FinTech: p2p marketplaces/crowdfunding
People manager: ability to successful lead team to deliver results
SCRUM/Agile knowledge
Finance and Accountancy literacy
Proven ability to interact with government authorities (the Russian Central Bank and other European regulators)
Proven ability to create and develop partnerships with key private institutions
University education
English language fluency is mandatory

Responsibilities

Set vision, strategy and goals for the company’s growth
Develop and organize the company’s human resources into a high effective organization to meet the company’s business requirements
Lead the redesign of the business processes to match those of a full digital/e-commerce company
Follow and control the whole cycle of loans disbursement, including management of the Portfolio At Risk
Update and adjust the business model and business plan to the evolving situation
Define products vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Define market strategy and key deliverables, in coordination with the group marketing direction.
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Follow our competitors and the industry
