Your responsibilities:
- Participates in the development of TR sales & marketing strategies for Utility sector in Russia by addressing the customers’ current business and long-term plans;
- Deliver sales targets and growth plans for the accounts and ensures their achievement with a structured follow up process. Creates added value for the customers and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach;
- Leads the development and implementation of the account plans. Prioritizes the opportunities and identifies customers’ needs for TR. Proposes recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls;
- Establishes and develops account relationships based on a defined strategy. Acts as focal point for problem resolution and monitors customer claims. Plans, facilitates and conducts customer negotiations, visits and working groups;
- Develops, maintains and shares detailed knowledge of the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behaviour, organization, decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, and competition;
- Monitors competitors’ activities with each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies formulated and implemented. Coordinates the use of internal or external resources including technical, advertising and marketing in order to provide value added services to accounts;
- Able to professionally perform complete sales process from pre-sales and prospecting, project analysis and defining the strategy, all internal procedures, offering, negotiations, contractual work and keep customer relations for all project cycle;
- Act in accordance with ABB regulations and directives, follow business processes required for project register and handle, risk assessment and review with the global community in favour of key account.
Your background:
- Technical or economical High degree;
- At least 5 years relevant experience within Russian Utility sector in the role of high technology/electro technical products and systems supplier (manufacturer of EPC);
- Product (Transformers, High Voltage or closer, like MV, Power Generation equipment) and Russian energy market knowledge (key players, structure, laws, personal contact base), ability to analyse and build a strategy short term and long term;
- Acceptance and Ability to strictly follow internal regulations and specifics, business processes and procedures, volume of administrative/documentary/reporting work and subordination principles;
- Good communication and analytical skills;
- High level of responsibility and result orientation and hard-working;
- Ability to communicate effectively with Top Management;
- Intermediate English, Russian - fluent.
