Account Manager, Renewals Sales

Implementing and managing contract renewal initiatives, they make sure renewals of our relationships go smoothly. They get things done on time, every time. Striving to retain every customer, they protect our contract revenue stream. And they make sure customers appreciate valuable upgrades and add-ons.
Key Responsibilities
This is a customer facing Quota carrying sales position (predominantly onsite customer facing) responsible for managing the Storage Maintenance Renewals process from quote to close. This individual represents the face of renewal sales in country with all key stakeholders. They are essential and integral part of the in-country service and support organization, and have deep insight in to the customers environment and strategic plan for key accounts. They set themselves apart by being self-aware and driving their business independently. They develop business best practice and drive innovative change with measurable positive business impact.
- Meet/exceed sales targets defined
- Works directly with customers to renew expiring contracts and upsell additional services.
- Ensure Storage Maintenance Contracts are renewed prior to expiration, engage with internal Sales counterparts, partners and customer on all aspects of the sales cycle, from quotation to close
- Identify opportunities to upsell Services into accounts and maximize revenue by influencing multiple stakeholders on a defined set of large commercial/enterprise accounts which require complex quoting and deal structuring.
- Manage and submit timely and accurate sales forecasts to management
- Ensure appropriate customer or service issues are escalated to management. Ensure accurate quotations are provided to customer 90 days prior to contract expiration
- Adhere to the corporate Renewals policy and practices, and meet defined performance metrics
Essential Requirements
- Typically requires 4+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role (esp in services sales) with a bachelor’s degree
- Customer Focus & Drive for Results
- Negotiating & Communication skills
- Interpersonal savvy, problem solving skills
- Highly motivated, positive attitude
- Fluent Russian and English required.
