We have a 6-month contract position available for a Project manager who will ensure the smooth rollout of key supply chain initiatives for e-commerce channel.

Key job tasks:

• Collaboration with Customer Development, Marketing, Supply chain and IT teams and other internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, capabilities gaps and create solution;
• Development of an actionable Digital Transformation Master Plan for the Supply Chain department with focus on New Business Models;
• Implementation of the Mater Plan, creation needed business processes, IT solutions including testing & change management.

Key requirements:

• Strong business acumen, deep understanding of supply chain operations (order to cash, innovation planning, S&OP), awareness of e-Com business model, requirements and customer’s expectations from their providers;
• Design Thinking skills to create brilliant ideas, project management skills to execute projects on time, in budget and with expected results;
• Ability to speak with technologist, coder and business process owner to build consensus;
• Sharp Financial acumen to estimate and manage value creation solutions and its impact for costs & revenues KPIs;
• Excellent negotiation skills, the ability to influence and have impact, creatively craft and build solution with virtual teams in a multi-cultural environment;
• Fluent English.
