Main Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Policies Implementation
- Support RHR Head in the design, planning and implementing key HR initiatives
- Develop and oversee implementation of Human Resources Policies & Processes in line with the local & regional legislation
- Continuously support review and improvement of the HR policies to reinforce organizational culture.
- Work with Business / Function Heads in execution of HR business plan / strategy; embed change into day-to-day working practice and organization culture so as to build a performance oriented organization.
C&B and Labor relations
- Ensure consistency of the established global rewards system and governance.
- Assist RHR Head in budgeting: design, control, improvement of effectiveness.
- Labor market and C&B analytics.
- Developing solutions on improvement efficiency and labor effectiveness.
- Implementing structured approach in job matching, grading and compensation scales.
- Ensure effective personnel cost structure. Design of compensation packages.
- Consider regions labor laws specific which is explicitly congruent with global HR policies and standards.
- Collaborate and coordinate with central functions for delivery of labor laws.
- Provide support the RHR Head in staffing, including risk management, control and compliance.
HRIS & Reporting
- SAP \ Success Factors (Recruiting, On-boarding, Performance and Goals, Learning Management System etc) liaise with the corporate support team in the HR- process automatization projects.
- Other HR issues aimed to support HR Heads in planning and implementation of key HR initiatives to help the organization become an Employer of Choice and build a performance oriented organization.
- HR metrics analysis, HR-dashboard making.
- Support to RHR with all type of reporting as per company mandatory processes
Employee Engagement
- Operational support to the RHR Head in development and implementation of corporate HR initiatives/practices.
- Developing, implementing and coordinating HR policy and initiatives consistent with the business strategy and corporate guidelines of the organization.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures/ regulations and statutory requirements in respect of VACs / business operating in zone.
- Ensure compliance to the all HR Guidelines / standards set for the employees.
International Mobility
- Coordination of expatriation.
- Support to migration procedures.
- Interaction with provider, ensuring compliance with global policy and local regulations.
Key Skills required:
- Fluency English is a must
- Have relevant HR educational background or education in economics, finance, law, BA;
- Have 8+ years of relevant HR experience in a multinational company (C&B background, managing labor relations and global processes)
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
- Strong knowledge of Russian labor law (other countries is a plus), good knowledge of the full cycle of HR processes, payroll etc.;
- HR-process automation experience in global companies (1C, SAP / Success Factors);
- Ability to work with diverse group of people i.e. corporate, regional, local, multicultural would be required;
- Have strong organizational, planning skills and communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Success Factors & SAP (MS Excel: profession level is a must).
