The Role
Mission
- Accelerate the development of the company Prestige business through the development of a well-articulated strategy and the creation of a dedicated and focused team.
- Succeed in making the company a recognized and legitimate player in the Luxury industry.
Strategy:
- Develop Prestige Selection Strategy, identify and prioritize business opportunities.
- Set-up annual business ambitions in line with channels and brands objectives
- Allocate at best the investments across brands and channels
Relationship Building & Business Development:
- Bring/ build a tight network of HNWI & HNWI connectors.
- Bring/build a tight network of partners interacting with HNWI.
- Build strong connections with the relevant players of the On and Off Trade in Moscow.
- Develop tight relationships and high level of engagement for our brands, resulting into a strong consideration and conversion to our prestige brands.
- Be a key contact person representing the company for the targeted HNWI and targeted communities
Performance Management:
- Deliver business unit performance targets for prestige portfolio
- Lead implementation of the company Prestige strategy in all relevant channels
- Manage accurate and timely performance reporting into the business
- Manage customer investment and volume to ensure financial targets are achieved
- Drive accurate financial management within the business unit
- Minimize customer disputes by ensuring information shared with the customer is robust and accurate
- Deliver commercial insights through detailed analysis of Russian HNWI, customer, brand and promotional results to drive informed and focused direction to the business unit
- Represent the business unit in all business planning, providing market, customer and competitor insights
Team Management :
- Create a high performing supportive team environment
- Manage and coach the team to deliver constantly improving business results
- Focus on team training and development
Cross Functional Collaboration :
- Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration of the PS BU within the company, especially with Sales, TM, Brand Teams, Brand Ambassadors, PR and Supply Chain.
- Build up good connections within Brand Cos on topics related to Prestige Business Unit
The Candidate
- Proven track record and ability to build and execute commercial strategies within the Luxury Segment in Russia
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the Luxury segment on the Russian market
- Strong network of HNWI contacts
- Outstanding relationship-building skills to successfully manage collaborative projects with internal and external key stakeholders
- Excellent presentation & conversation skills. Ability to interact with HNWI.
- Strong leadership & drive
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- International exposure
- Fluent English
