An international company has opened a competition for the position of Quality Assurance Assistant / Specialist

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the EMA Quality team and the Quality teams in the Distribution Centers;
Collaborating with the BU leaders and RA in the Moscow office;
Support to draft, to check and to translate change requests to support execution of relabeling at the EDC’s and for limited cases at Russian / CIS distributors;
Tracking the execution of relabeling and informing Moscow stakeholders;
Quality point of contact for the FSCA Center of Excellence. In collaboration with RA and the business teams, review and translations of customer communication;
Support execution of field actions;
Providing progress data to FSCA to report locally and to EMEA management;
Support the roll-out and implementation of EMEA procedures in the Moscow office;
Collaboration with the Quality Training person (SSC Quality) to assign trainings in training system;
Maintainance the local training matrix;
Support the business teams, when receiving product complaints and service claims from customers Point of contact for Complaint Handling team (RCC);
Support translations of complaints and complaint investigations;
Contribution to metrics and reporting of complaints to the local management team.
