Necessary knowledge & experience:
- Education Level: Higher Education
- Working experience: 5+ years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in complex cross-functional project management during the last 2 years (at minimum) (experience in healthcare industry, digital services companies, software development or management consulting will be an advantage)
- Experience in external partnership development and management of joint project
- Proven experience of project management with Agile methodology during the last 2 years (at minimum)
- Proven experience of Product management – product strategy development from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, global VHC Franchise team, external technology partner(s) and builds and manages an actionable product roadmap.
- English: fluent
- Skills: Strong analytical skills. Presentation skills (oral and Power Point)
- Additional requirements: Customer centric mindset coupled with ability to deliver business results; maturity.

Job purposes:
To develop and implement market/client based product strategy in her/his area of responsibility.
Key Accountabilities:
To achieve success it is critical that the Product Manager:
- Determines customers' (Patient, HCP, Payer, HCO, Employer, etc.) needs and desires by specifying and conducting the research needed to obtain market information.
- Synthesizes and drives product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, global VHC Franchise team, external technology partner(s) and builds and manages an actionable product roadmap. Builds a vision to support an organization's overall digital transformation trajectory.
- Designs the nature and scope of present and future products by developing product specifications and requirements.
- Assesses international best practices and market competition by comparing the company's products to the external ones.
- Obtains product market share and drives customer satisfaction level by working with corresponding functions and external partners to develop and implement product adoption strategies.
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product adoption forecasts and reports.
- Maintains and manages technology and other partnerships from both product development and commercial perspectives in order execute product roadmap(s) and achieve business goals.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
