Job description:

1. Design sorting center operations for cross-boarder export and local delivery services, ensure optimal operational flow and efficiency

2. Responsible for solution implementation, coordinates internal and cross BU teams and resources for high-quality solution go-live

3. Quality improvement; build and maintain KPI system

4. Partner sourcing and negotiation to compliance with laws and Alibaba values

5. Support internal customers RU market development by providing SC and Cargo Terminal operations solutions

6. Daily operations:

- solving operations issues due to SC mistakes (wrong label/no labels/damaged/ no data/ no physical goods)

- solving operations issues on Line Haul to Sorting Center, Sorting Center to Customs, Sorting Center to the Last Mile handover process

- bills checking - support of billing

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree related field preferred, working experience preferred

2. Minimum of 3 years logistics-related experience; e-commerce experience preferred

3. Prior experience with the supplier, warehouse, or sorting center coordinate and management with know-how in e-commerce solution design and implementation

4. Outstanding communication and business negotiation skills

5. Excellence in data analytics, ability to independently conduct data analysis and produce data-driven solutions

6. Fluent in English; Understanding of Mandarin is a plus

7. Ambitious, Adaptive, Optimistic, Persistent and be able to embrace different cultures and thrive in cross-culture working environment
