A growing international company in the Entertainment Industry with a newly established office in Moscow is looking for a Financial Controller undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, payments, and ongoing day-to-day responsibilities. Financial controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including managing the account manager

• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments

• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure

• Cash flow management for the organization’s operations

• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results

• Manage vendor relationships

• Manage the finance department

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior finance role or relevant role is a must

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, a must; MSc/MBA is a plus

• Experience in the Online Fintech/Online gaming industry is a must

• Advanced degree in Accounting, CPA preferred

• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

• Experience with creating financial statements

• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/ year-end close process

• Excellent excel skills

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)

• Ability to strategize and solve problems

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• An analytical mind

• High English level
