HR Shared Services Expert / Payroll Administration and Analytics is part of EMEA HR Share Services team.

The EMEA HR SS team provides both operational and strategic services and support to the organization and have a key role in promoting best practice across the range of its activities.

HR Shared Services specialist / Payroll Administration and Analytics is responsible for all payroll and benefits services, for data entry and the provision of information into or to all payroll and benefit systems/service providers that are assigned to them.

Responsibilities

1. Preparation of HR documentation for Payroll (including timetables) twice per month
2. Working with local and global HR/CRM/Payroll systems, with focus on Data Quality and Reporting (HRB, PeopleSoft, etc.)
3. Monitoring and executing HR strategic and related processes from HR Shared Services side
4. HR labor issues consulting for Company Management, Employees together with HR Business Partners
5. Assistance and data consolidation and preparation for HR Business Partners and Company Management during regular Budgeting process
6. Reviews, updates, compliance and controlling of existing HR procedures
7. Audit and Update of Jobs and Departments Descriptions on a regular basis
8. Compensation policies development and implementation
9. Hiring and firing processes in compliance with Russian Legislation and Global HR requirements
10. Preparation of regular reports on various HR Data
11. Participate in special projects when required

Knowledge/Qualifications/Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multinational HR environment, including good working knowledge of:

1. RF Labor law, protocol and procedures across the Russia (essential)
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills (VLookup, Pivot tables, Conditional Formatting), Word (Mail Merge) and PowerPoint and its component parts
3. Interest, in the FS/Insurance sector
4. High attention to detail is essential
5. Able of work to deadlines
6. Numerate
7. Strong administrative and coordination skills
8. Management and Financial Reporting
9. Statutory Reporting
