An ideal candidate would have experience in e-commerce and marketing, have strong organizational skills and readiness to work with innovative technologies.

What you will do:

Launch personalized, A/B testing and content campaigns in Dynamic Yield personalization platform and Algolia Search Optimization platform

• Prepare each campaign details and full description

• Schedule campaigns together with web-developers and customer success managers

• User testing & bug fixing

• Review launched complex campaigns

• Change campaigns by request

• Manage campaigns versioning

• Communicate with customers and internal team for successful launch campaigns

• Actualize customer campaigns map in Notion/Miro

We are looking for:

• Strong mindset

• Readiness to learn a lot of new tools

• Knowledge of web-sites structure (ecommerce, financial, etc)

• Knowledge of SCRUM methodology, experience with Task Managers would be a plus

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS would be a plus

• Strong organization skills, a proven ability to multitask, and meet deadlines

• Fluent English is a must as you will also work with European accounts (other languages would be a plus)

• Ability to communicate in a comprehensible and clear way based on target audience

• Agility combined with attentiveness

• e-Commerce or relevant digital agency experience would be a big advantage
