Copywriter

We are looking for a full-time copywriter to write and edit texts for direct communication channels (email, messengers, chatbots, etc.) Someone with sharp copywriting skills, strong editorial judgement and the ability to manage simultaneous projects within a rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

- Write engaging material to manage customer behavior on every lifecycle stage

- Collaborate with Design Team to develop creative concepts of direct communications

- Collaborate with the Product development team for deep understanding of FINOM products and describing customer journeys

- Monitor and analyse the performance of the communications, and optimize the success of these comms in marketing activities.

Skills

- English native speaker. Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor degree in English, marketing, journalism or other related field

- 5+ years of experience of writing and editing copy within fintech, telecommunications, IT.

- Ability to detach from competitors, write in more simple language about complicated topics in different tones of voice

- Passion for storytelling and helping to build a growing brand

- Great creativity and conceptual thinking is a must

- Ability to think in an integrated way across all channels

- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
