We are looking for Head of SOX department in a new direction of our finance team.

Duties:

Description of the system of internal control over the reliability of financial statements, including a description of business processes, development of a risk matrix and control procedures
Testing the effectiveness of the internal control system for the reliability of financial statements (SOX audit)
Development of detailed recommendations and business advice on how to eliminate deficiencies
Monitoring the correction of deficiencies in the internal control system
Interaction with external auditors
Participation in operational audits.

Requirements:

Excellent academic track record, BA/MS degree in economics/finance or related subject from leading University
Work experience in Big 4
Experience in implementing similar systems in large public companies
Fluency in English
Outstanding interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
