Dear applicants!

Sino Services has opened a vacancy for the position of “Account Manager's Assistant” in the Sino Legal Department responsible for legal services in China.

Sino Service Group is a consulting agency founded in 2016 and providing a range of services for foreign companies in Hong Kong and China.

Our mission is to provide the effective presence conditions for international companies in China. Our clients geography are from Brazil to Australia and from South Africa to Norway and Canada.

Our services are company incorporation, account opening, accounting, obtaining licenses, trade marks, work visas, resident permits, settling disputes, revising international contracts, and many more.

At this moment we building a team to be able to consult the clients and manage the projects of various complexity.

Duties:

Assisting Account Manager on various occasions on matters related to the following processes:

- Consulting on company registration, opening bank accounts in Hong Kong and mainland China, as well as other services provided;

- Assistance in the acquisition and maintenance of ready-made companies in Hong Kong and mainland China;

- Interaction with colleagues and partners in Hong Kong and China on designing the best solutions to fulfil customer needs;

- Assisting clients in preparing the necessary documents for registering a company and other services in China;

- Monitoring and control of the execution of orders, informing customers about the progress of its implementation;

- Regular interaction with colleagues from the Chinese representative office to track the status of the current projects;

- Working with presentations, preparation of commercial offers, control of payments;

Requirements:

Law faculty graduate; Graduated with honors as an advantage;

Perfect language communication skills in English; Any Chinese proficiency as an advantage;

Job responsibilities include daily work with documents, correspondence and periodic oral communication in the English and Chinese languages;

Experience in the field of foreign legal support, preferably in companies specialising in consultations in the field of offshore and international tax planning will be a big advantage;

An advantage would be Chinese language high proficiency;

Experience of working in Tax Planing consulting agency will be as a high advantage;

Conditions:

Market salary +% of completed projects; the final income level is discussed with a successful candidate for an interview based on the professional qualities of the applicant;
