• Development of a comprehensive investment strategy;
• Search and selection of the most liquid projects;
• Deal support in 260 and 24/7 mode;
• Assets management and value creation in the ownership process;
• Implementation of the most effective exit strategy;
• Structuring asset portfolios through platforms in Luxembourg, Dubai and Guernsey, as well as other value-added products and services for the Client.

Responsibilities:

• Sales of financial products in the real estate sector;
• Active customers attraction;
• Organization and conducting of business meetings;
• Cold calls.

Requirements:

• Higher economic education;
• Real estate sales experience;
• Knowledge of the real estate market (including European market)/ financial markets;
• Well-developed business contacts in the HNWI & UHNWI segments;
• Pro-activity, communication skills;
• Fluent English.
