CO-manager is responsible for the implementation of Contract Logistics projects throughout the country in line with Customer Transition & Integration guidelines:

• Smooth Implementation of Contract Logistics projects of new customers avoiding interference to existing business and realizing implementations on time, within the planned budget and the requested scope
• Smooth transition projects of current customers to new facilities or new WMS

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of all start up relevant elements like staffing, material / information flows, equipment, facility and of all resources allocated to the project in such a way that these deliver all the work required to complete the project within financial and time constraints
• Development and update of KN project documentation as per the company guidelines
• Analysis and reporting of current project status to customers and KN project team
• Project Communication with the client as well as all involved KN departments
• Support operational processes during ramp-up after implementation
• Ensure transferability of knowledge to other implementations within the team
• Purchase contracts negotiation with suppliers
• Contract with landlords preparation and negotiation in case of new warehouse openings

REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering or similar technical degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management role
• Minimum 3 years experience with a Logistics Service provider or in-house warehouse operations
• Good Contract Logistics Operations experience or Logistics Engineering experience
• Good knowledge and understanding of Logistics processes and goods flows; covering i.e. Inbound, Put-away, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Order
• Preparation, Value Added Logistics activities and Shipping. Furthermore concerning storage optimization, stock accuracy and cycle counting.
• Concept development / understanding based on customer requirements.
• Contract Logistics costs and calculation awareness.
• Basic knowledge of Finance / Controlling in order to ensure follow up of project budget.
• Good understanding of IT solutions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills (priorty setting, ability to handle multiple projects).
• Good communication skills.
• Capability of working under stress
• Ability to travel (80% of time, projects mainly within Moscow region).
• Fluent English
• Strong and proved knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Power Point, Word, Visio, Access.
