Responsibilities:

Consumer Business -wide Demand management, in-country prioritization process for all major and maintenance projects, submission and approval on regional level till actual project work start;
Country project portfolio control and tracking;
Managing of Key, complex, cross-functional projects that involves several stakeholders and may impact several departments. This includes requestors support on all stages of the project – initiation and setting expectations, project communication between requestors, status reporting and managing risks and issues, ensuring business and processes readiness for implementation and controlling financial and other expected benefits met in full scope, post implementation review is done to ensure project success implementation;

Qualifications:

A proven track record in managing change within a large, dynamic organization to elicit bold improvements yielding measurable, tangible results;
Experience in innovating is essential as differentiator and competitive advantage;
Proven experience in facilitating brainstorming workshops;
