• SAP S/4HANA projects planning & safeguarding
• Technical & functional assessments of business processes and their functional realization
• Design reviews and gap validations
• System monitoring, root cause analysis, issues resolution
• Performance Optimizations and Volume Tests

As a Premium Support Consultant in Logistics, you will analyze business processes and systems of international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to the project teams, IT managers and executives. It includes review of business processes design & implementation as well as support of customer projects.
For this role we are looking for passionate people with excellent consulting and communication skills. Since we provide services at our customer sites, business travel will be an essential part of this role (remote work during the pandemic period).
Regular short-term (1 week per month) business trips (Europe, CIS, MENA) will be a part of your work when the pandemic is over.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, implementation or expert-level support of planning modules of SAP ERP or APO or IBP systems
• Business processes knowledge in at least 2 of the following areas: Demand planning, Sales and operations planning, Production planning and detailed scheduling, global availability check, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, Material Requirements Planning
• You have expert knowledge in at least 1 of the following modules: SAP APO SNP, SAP APO DP, PP/DS, gATP, IBP Demand, IBP Supply, IBP Inventory, ePP/DS or advanced ATP in S/4HANA
• You have expert knowledge in one or more of the following ERP modules: PM, PP, MM, QM, PS/PPM
• Ability to drill down into issues and solve complex problems
• Ability to stretch outside of the comfort zone, proactive, communicative
• English: Upper Intermediate

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of processes and industry solutions in Metal & Mining, FMCG, Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device), Automotive, Industry Manufacturing/Machinery & Components
• Knowledge of processes and solutions specific for Russian Localization
• Ability to read ABAP code, debug it
