The international company with a newly established office in Moscow is looking for a Product Marketing Manager. We provide our clients with services in various industries and sectors such as development, IT, marketing, and accounting.

We would like you to join our successful team and work together for mutual benefit and growth.

In this role you will create a unique and personalized customer experience using customer data and behavioral analytical tools. Collect customer lifecycle intelligence, identify behavioral patterns, work with marketing and CS to improve churn rates and increase retention and overall engagement. Optimize the customer journey from registration to reactivation onsite and through external communication channels. Inherit an existing backlog of operational tasks and work daily with department heads.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee online gaming products on a daily basis to ensure that all customer facing aspects are functioning at an optimal level

• Reporting to casino manager and head of casino for prioritizing current backlog and prioritizing new tasks

• Review and optimize current automation funnels and add more where possible

• Analyze customer data and form conclusions based on business needs

• Engage with various departments locally and abroad, including Marketing/ CRM/ VIP/ CS/ Dev/ Creative, to fulfill product backlog

• Identifying industry standards with weekly competitors’ analysis of onsite promotional material and product offerings.

• Study and research new web strategies/best practices and adapt to Gaming

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is a must

• Experience in gaming, game development or other highly transactional environments within e-commerce. (Advantage)

• Degree in marketing/business management

• Demonstrated success defining and launching web-based products; familiarity with development cycle.

• Proven communication (verbal/written) skills, with an ability to manage internal and external relationships up to senior levels of management

• Proven work with multi-lingual, cross-territory products

• Understands web based products and mobile user-journeys

• Deep understanding of user experience. (Advantage)

• Ability to generate reports and analysis

• English – High Level

• Experience with customer retention software (Advantage)
