We are looking for a paralegal to join our TMT&Privacy team in Moscow. This is an entry-level and full-time position.

Main Responsibilities

support lawyers in researching, advising clients, drafting, and filing legal documents
participate in multinational privacy compliance and TMT projects, audits, and due diligence
manage virtual data rooms
participate in TMT-related disputes and litigations
prepare slides, alerts, articles, and marketing materials

Requirements

student pursuing a master’s degree in law or recent graduate (preferably, from MSU, HSE, MGIMO, MSAL, or St Petersburg University)
proficient knowledge of English
ready for challenges
willing to become a privacy pro
passion for law, profound knowledge of the Russian personal data and TMT legislation, and strong analytical skills
excellent academic record
supportive, sociable, and friendly person
