Requirements:

Master in Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline

3+ years’ experience in machine-learning-related development

Proficient experience in Supervised/Unsupervised, understanding of Reinforcement Learning

Basic understanding of End-to-End Learning, Transfer Learning, Federated Learning

Solid understanding of Image/Video/Signals processing (classification, segmentation, captioning, in-painting, generation, etc.)

Experience in Low Level Image Processing: demosaicing, noise/blur removal, details enhancement, super resolution, etc.

Excellent understanding of overfitting/underfitting problem, Deep NN vs Shallow NN

Experience with common data scientist toolkits: PyData stack, Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, Caffe, Caffe2, CUDA, etc.

Proficiency in Linear Algebra, Mathematics, Probability Theory, and Statistics

Excellent understanding of classical ML algorithms (k-Means, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Tree, SVM, Ensemble methods, etc.) and modern approaches

Experience with CNN, RNN, GAN, Autoencoders, VAE, etc.

Experience in NN compression/quantization/acceleration

Experience in data set preparation (normalization, labeling, consistency, dimension reduction, etc.)

Ability to postulate and verify a hypothesis regarding data set

Good knowledge of Python

Basic knowledge of C/C++, Java

English speaking/writing at Intermediate level

Good communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative AI algorithms for mobile devices for all scenarios in mobile, which include technologies for computer vision and sensor intelligence

Design and implement machine learning and engineered techniques to solve performance issues of computer vision and sensor intelligence

Investigate the industry and academic technology trends on computing photography, sensor intelligence, and machine learning technologies

Investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility

Data mining using state-of-art methods
