Main responsibilities:

• In charge of processing bookings of hotel rooms
• Handling all incoming calls, faxes and e-mails for accommodation
• Upselling rooms and other hotel services

Education \ Professional experience:

• High school diploma (or equivalent), hospitality university education an asset.
• Ability to work with sales targets
• Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel, or sales an asset.
• Experience in the relevant position in hotel reservations is an asset;
• Computer literate in the Windows environment, Opera, TARS is an asset;
• Fluent in English and Russian;
• Ready for shift work
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Knowledge of telephone etiquette and business communication etics;
• Detail oriented and highly organized;
