Responsibilities:

Your mission:
To guarantee correct and on-time recognition of FA operations (commissioning, depreciation, write-off, inventory, repairs, transfer) following Russian and group accounting and tax standards. Also to be able to adapt processes to new conditions (use the new FSBU 6, FSBU 26).
Your responsibilities:

Booking FA operations (commissioning, depreciation, write-off, inventory, repairs, transfer) inERP 1C:IFRS Corp (Russian accounting standards and IFRS rules - parallel accounting).
Documents FA operations (commissioning, depreciation, write-off, inventory, repairs, transfer) - internal electronic docflow
+ archive control
FA amount control and optimization. Management of russian accounts 01, 02, 08.
Participation in monthly closing, reconciliation accounting between 1C and ERP based on Oracle
Preparation the FA reports in monthly closing - reports on the movement of fixed assets (receipt,transfer, write-off)
FA inventory (one time for 3 years or when it is necessary); preparation of the inventory list; writing off the FA according to russian and group legislation (reports creation, booking in accounting)
Participation in audit and tax audit
Providing data for monthly controls
Optimization and automation work processes
Communication with other departments
Check of contracts for the purchase of fixed asset

Requirements:

Your profile:

University degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance;
2 years of experience in FA accounting
1C user (Oracle as advantage)
Confident user of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macro as advantage);
Good accounting knowledges and accounting entries
Information systems user (Consultant+ and e.t.c.)
Synthetic and analytical thinking;
You are autonomous, rigorous, proactive, curious, able to handle multiple priorities;
Problem solver, decision maker, reliable person, willing to learn fast;
Dynamic & good communicator
English speaker (able to pass an interview in English), French as advantage
