We are looking for experienced HR professoinal for Caspian Region HR Manager position based in Almaty.

Responsibilities:

Develop solid partnership with the Sub-region and Country Managing Directors and the Sub-region Management Team
Identify, lead, coach and develop the Human Resources team members to deliver quality HR services to support business
Ensure “on the ground” presence of HR function to apply efficient customer service
Manage the recruitment process at all levels and attract best-in-class candidates
Recommend and implement a remuneration policy and salary structure in line with the local practices and SGS guidelines
Manage Corporate Remuneration processes, such as the Annual Salary Review and the Performance Bonus process for the countries under responsibility
Develop and implement Training & Development Strategy in cooperation with regional and global headquarters
Ensure that the training activity is proving to be efficient through lowering of turn-over, increase efficiency of manpower, strengthening of employee engagement and harmonized corporate culture sharing
Develop and implement Succession planning process ensuring the availability of the successors at all levels of the organization
Manage the SGS performance management process in a timely and quality manner
Implement HR procedures and processes in accordance to SGS Group guidelines, local legislation
