Project Manager

Today, our team stands at the origins of the Russian Think Tank (Brain Centre).

Our mission is to empower national interests through disruptive initiatives and in-depth exploration of upcoming challenges in the following areas:

• Geopolitics, economy and strategical balance;
• Fiscal and monetary policy, government regulations;
• National integrity and soft power.

One of the roles we could offer right now is Project Manager.

What you’ll do:

– incorporate yourself by aligning to our values, current aims and goals;

– maintain your ideas and initiatives to purpose it as a projects;

– make a plan and follow it in steps, stages and phases;

– think about your resources (like budget, tools, skills and knowledge);

– manage an expectations with external and internal stakeholders;

– origin an abstracts, references and conclusions;

– deliver a status & interim reports;

– expand your management toolkit (like to try a surveys, attract an industrial experts);

– justify the proposed approaches, concepts and vision;

– manage the workloads to be good at regular ad hocs;

In this role you will be a part of our project team. We have a battle ahead with financial models, multidimensional slides, and analytical briefs for a pragmatic, applied, and effective model of society's life and development.

You will also support various office initiatives with data collections and analysis. You will perform a wide range of research tasks on various topics from collecting market statistics to market modeling and developing perspectives.

You will provide guidance and leadership to teams on analytics and build client capabilities. You will pull in the latest firm developments in banking and finance and client service to advance the state of the current practice. Lastly, you will challenge your colleagues' mindsets about what is possible and how things are done and also actively participate in building a strategy on knowledge and capability development.

Your qualification

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to excellence, track record of proactively identifying potential issues and suggesting creative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others and in a team environment.
