Recruitment manager
As a key member of talent supply team, Recruitment manager will be responsible for expanding recruitment services to the business activities of Huawei Russia, and ensuring deliverables for assigned vacancy fulfillment and recruitment related projects within agreed metrics.
Responsibilities:
Vacancy Fulfillment:
- Take full responsibility for the recruitment of assigned vacancies; strive for shortened lead-time, improved job-person match.
- Build effective relationship with line managers and HRBP by proactive communication and strong customer service.
- Record recruitment data, conduct data analysis and provide reports to stakeholders as required.
Project Management & Execution. This person will be assigned to some of the below recruitment related projects:
- Organize the yearly campus recruitment campaign.
- Explore effective social media recruitment channels.
- Maintain and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment system.
Budget and Recruitment Data Management:
- Provide strong support in WFP (workforce plan).
- Design nation-wide recruitment data collection template, ensure data input accuracy, conduct data analysis, work out solutions with HRBPs, and prepare reports for management team.
Continuous Improvement:
- Optimize recruitment process and standardize recruitment tools, align with HRBP and drive for changes across business activities.
- Proactively communicate with line managers and HRBP to understand business’ ever-changing needs, benchmark industry’s best practices, identify areas for improvement, propose solutions and align within HR.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a well-recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience of recruitment.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese as a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, autonomous attitude.
- Understanding of telecommunication industry, know how the carrier's business operate, especially in new technology business area like IT/Cloud/Video.
- Knowledge about telecommunication equipment supplier, like Ericson, Nokia, Cisco.
- Good understanding of enterprise level business.
- Headhunting, ability to handle high-level candidates’ recruitment, for example regional branch CXO level.
- Recruitment of marketing/sales/service and delivery talents.
Important skills that will be considered as a plus:
- Project design, management and implementation skills.
- Multi-tasking skill can define and balance strategic priorities against immediate operational challenges.
- Proven ability to take job brief, screen resumes, conduct competency-based interview, provide value-added advice about candidate selection and future management/development to line managers.
- Transversal coordination, able to influence business, HRBP and other functions’ colleagues.
