Due to the growth of our business, we continue to search for professional and ambitious employees for the development of the IT block, which requires qualified technical support for clients and users of our platform.
Knowledge of Russian language (advanced) is required
Duties:
• Independently and at the written request of customers to study technical problems in traffic routing, determine and eliminate their causes, find temporary and permanent solutions;
• Observe the specified time frames in work with written requests from partners in the Trouble Ticket system with suppliers / customers, correspondence and oral (rarely) communication in English.
• Every minute carefully analyze the processing of SMS traffic in the web interface of the billing platform,
• Route SMS traffic, find directions of suppliers to improve the operation of routes, be able to write routing rule formulas without errors and control their processing by billing.
• Test the routes of suppliers at the request of managers and analysts, reporting on the results.
• Promptly escalate customer problems to the next level of technical support or developers in case of impossibility to fix them on their own, as well as inform responsible employees about problems;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• ENGLISH LANGUAGE - Proficiency (C2) level
• Good communication skills.
• Computer skills at the level of an experienced user.
• Customer focus, responsibility. Ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Politeness, competent writing and speaking, business correspondence skills.
Desirable and will be an advantage:
• Higher or incomplete higher education in the field of mathematics, engineering, statistics, information technology
• Experience in telecom is encouraged
• Stress resistance, attentiveness, politeness, punctuality;
• Developed skills to search for information (be able to google problems or errors, as well as how to fix them);
• Ability to diagnose typical malfunctions in routing;
• Flexibility, great desire to learn new things;
