As a Senior Product Manager at Tabby, you will be creating products, setting objectives and leading the product discovery process for your product and tech team.
About the role
Tabby’s marketplace generates ~4,000,000 clicks every month to retail partners with an average conversion to Tabby purchases at 10%. Today Tabby works with affiliate networks and retailers to monetize the traffic it generates via merchandising placements, coupons and cost-per-click.
We’re looking at the next phase of Tabby’s marketplace to be more dynamic, personalized and styled with not only brands, but hundreds of thousands of products from our partner stores.
Fashion, beauty, luxury are the major categories of focus, along with a variety of other product categories from electronics to insurance. We get these products in feeds from our partner retailers – this is where you come in.
You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:

You will be responsible for creating the flow of products (goods) for the online marketplace.

Your goal is to minimize time to market of an SKU working with a given big amount of data & at the same time keeping the quality of product information above benchmarks. Here you will be always striving to bring the merchandising and moderation process as close to real-time as possible. You will also be responsible for shipping the merchandising tools that as a result allow the merchandising team to make products look fully described and nicely categorized in a neat catalog at scale.

In this domain you are expected to build a scalable solution that will define the flow of product information from merchants to Tabby shoppers. For this your team will be both creating in-house services and using external solutions for some parts of the product life-cycle.

Your main user is internal – the merchandising team. Your job is to provide them with all the tools, including interfaces for product information & stock management, content enhancement & moderation, allowing them to arrange products from different merchants into collections, perform bulk automated and manual operations over the stock and create overall comfortable and effective work environment.

You will also work in close cooperation with the internal team of Data Scientists to request solutions that help to automate merchandising workflow from duplicate products detection and gathering products to themed collections to changing image background colors.

Another team you’ll be working in close cooperation with is Buyer Experience as they hold the always evolving knowledge of what is a well-described and nicely categorized product for the end-customer & what are the main things that need to be improved in this domain.

You work independently in your cross-functional team, you are able to lead your product to a success resolving complex situations.

You are able to gather requirements, define functionality, roadmap, and set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery.

You work closely with your immediate team (engineering, design, etc.) to iteratively and quickly deliver product functionality that accomplishes pre-defined goals.

You are your team’s voice to management and able to run your product progress and future plans review on your own.

You are fluent in English, have great communication skills and are able to clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process while working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team
Relocation and Employment
We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia, Georgia and Portugal.
We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In Portugal employees pay a 10% tax.
For our employees we cover the following:

Flight to Armenia, Georgia or Portugal.

Accommodation during the paperwork completion period.

Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries.

Family relocation (dependants).
New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice. In this case, Tabby will reimburse up to $5,000 of verified costs upon opening a legal entity and a bank account.
