Our client, an Indian company - one of the major skin care and health care FMCG companies in India providing natural skin care and healthcare products, has an opening for Lofistics Manager in Moscow.

Position Summary:

• This position responsible of ensuring availability of goods on time. Engaging in local Sales and Operating (SNOP) process for Russia and CIS countries. Daily and continuous follow ups with international logistics and supply chain team, transit and domestic warehouse teams on inbound and outbound activities, Head Office teams on Supply and Planning Process, Material requirements for Pharma and FMCG channels. Preparing presentation for Management in the area of logistics activities etc.

Functions:

1. Coordinate planning and delivery goods from production as per Demand Planning & forecast with the local Sales team on monthly basis.
2. Execution of all tasks pertaining to Supply chain & logistics team with HO team on a regular basis.
3. Regular / Daily to manage Riga & Moscow Warehouses and to ensure that products are available on time for sales.
4. Ensuring custom clearance and logistics operations are in place.
5. Supervising and checking cost of all domestic deliveries to various clients regularly.
6. Supervising and checking cost of all domestic warehouse operations on monthly basis.
7. Coordinate supply chain / logistics activities with HO team, CIS Manager & Distributor where needed.
8. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and HO team to ensure New Product Planning (NPD) and product availability on time.

• STRATEGY: Coordinate supply chain with HO, Finance, Sales and Marketing as per the needs of the business on time.
• OPERATIONS: To execute all work as defined by the General Director / Business Head on time concerning the product movement.

Competencies Required:

Technical Competencies:

• Understanding of international routes, customs clearance processes
• Knowledge of the following areas:
• Analytical & reporting skills
• Skilled worker with MS applications is a must
