And we are looking for Digital Performance Manager.

Scope of challenges

• Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute digital performance function across all channels for Haier brands in Russia and CIS
• Work closely with internal and external teams to develop performance campaigns
• Coordinate production of content for campaigns
• Build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven Performance marketing Manager with different industries experience
• Advanced working knowledge of digital media trends and strategies
• Excellent knowledge in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Facebook ADS, A/B testing, Yandex Metrika, Yandex Direct
• Work closely with the analytics team to develop and implement data-driven bidding strategies that optimize campaign performance
• Solid knowledge of Search Engine optimization, keyword research
• Use your expertise to develop advanced tracking and tagging solutions to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance
• Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure that campaigns are meeting performance targets
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Self-starter who thrives with the autonomy to recommend and initiate work on projects with minimal direction
