Job description:

Leading Internal audit projects for clients (accounting & tax review, business processes efficiency review, company’s and general director risks assessment and other)
Performing different types of Internal checks and reviews (assessment of provided accounting services quality, internal audit of SCHNEIDER GROUP offices and other)

We're looking for a person with:

Working experience as senior internal/external auditor /senior associate (Big4) (preferably) / senior accountant / chief accountant for more than 5 years
Experience of working in consulting companies, external/internal audit (for preference)
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Russian accounting standards, legislation and reporting, tax legislation, currency control legislation and ability to apply the knowledge when consulting the clients and colleagues to find an optimal solution
Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP (for preference)
Good theoretical knowledge of audit principles / internal controls (for preference)
Russian accounting certificate, International certification / qualification in accountancy or auditing (ACCA, CIA for preference)
Critical thinking
Ability to analyse business processes, control procedures and evaluate the effectiveness of controls
Ability to analyse and evaluate the information, identify cause-effect relation, draw conclusions
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability for independent project leading and performance
Ability for multitasking work
Ability to cope with pressure
Knowledge of 1С, SAP/Navision (for preference), good computer skills on MS Office (mainly Word and Excel), good understanding of the logic of accounting software and databases
English is a must (at least Upper-Intermediate)
