A product company is looking for highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to join their dynamic team.
As the CTO, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing their technological vision and strategy. You will be responsible for leading technical teams, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
The company’s creating blockchain-based video platform with more than 1 million downloads worldwide and offers room to grow as a professional and an opportunity to work with phenomenal coworkers, some of the best people on the planet.

Python: FastAPI, pytest, aiohttp
REST API, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, RabbitMQ, Kafka
Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana
Mypy, flake8, pylint, bandit, radon
Gitlab CI/CD, OpenAPI
JIRA, Confluence
What would like to see:
? 5+ years experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role;
? Proven software development experience;
? Deep understanding of software architecture principles, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices;
? Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation;
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the technology department, providing strategic guidance and mentoring to the team (100 people);
? Take part in Design/ Architecture;
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for competitive advantage;
? Timing and performance quality control;
? Evaluate and identify technology platforms, partnerships, and external vendors that align with our goals and can drive business growth;
? Holding meetings with key customers;
? Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology department.
