BK SAS LLC is a trade company that handles sales and deliveries in Russia on behalf of multiple producers and exporters of fresh fruits and vegetables worldwide.

Our company is currently seeking for an Export documentation Assistant in Novorossiysk to join us.

Key job responsibilities:

Prepare and review for accuracy shipping documents such as Bill of lading, Form A, etc.
Prepare commercial documents such as invoice, packing list, etc.
Prepare and check labels with exporters
Communicate with clients on documentation issues in writing and by phone.
Accommodate customers enquiries relating to shipping documents.
Provide excellent customer service

Requirements to the candidate:

Fluency in English, both oral and written (French and/or any other foreign language will be an advantage)
Basic computer knowledge
High level of speed and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, trustworthy and hardworking
