What we are looking for:

We are recruiting on an exclusive basis for Team Lead / Full-stack - Software Development Department to join our development team. OpenWeather has already established relations with more than 5 million customers and we are now looking for a colleague who will be able to

Responsibilities:

As a Team Lead at OpenWeather, you will play a pivotal role in our software development division. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of services for the one of software development departments.
Set standards and procedures for software development in programming languages (Python or NodeJS + JavaScript), ensuring consistency and quality.
Conduct daily meetings for the Software development department, fostering clear communication and alignment.
Manage task assignments and release schedules on a regular basis, ensuring efficient project delivery.
Conduct 1:1 meetings and regular assessments of employees within the Software development department. Create development plans and monitor employee progress.
Lead the technical stages of the interview process when hiring developers. Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees in the Software development department.
Collaborate with the Project Management Office to allocate resources and control the implementation of project plans at the high level.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in software development, including proficiency in Python or NodeJS (Backend) + JavaScript(Frontend).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in task and release management.
Experience in managing a software development team
Dedication to fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
