Yakov & Partners is looking to hire a Recruiter.

What you'll do:

Recruiting for office (HR, Finance, IT, Administrative Department, etc.) and analytics teams
Working with leadership to determine hiring targets and develop profiles and specifications
Sourcing and approaching high-potential and top-level candidates through relevant channels, including direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, etc.
Ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
Acting as a career counselor and talent advisor, guiding candidates and stakeholders through the recruiting journey
Staying up-to-date on current trends and developments in recruiting (collecting intelligence from the marketplace, identifying trends and patterns)

What we expect from you:

A Bachelor’s degree is required, a Master's degree is a plus
3+ years of previous experience in recruiting
Experience in managing full recruiting cycle, including strong skills in market mapping, cold calling, candidate attraction, and client management
Upper Intermediate English proficiency
Goal-driven, proactive in taking initiative, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
Analytical thinking and solid problem-solving skills
Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
