Lawyer – IP and IT (Junior to Mid | Mid | Remote Work Available)

We are inviting applications for the position of Lawyer to join our dynamic IP/IT legal team, with an emphasis on GDPR and other privacy laws. This role offers an ambitious professional the opportunity to grow in a vibrant and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle legal matters related to IP and IT, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and domain names.

- Provide legal support in drafting and reviewing contracts, licenses, and other legal documents, with a focus on compliance with data protection and privacy laws.

- Conduct legal research and analysis in various areas of IP and IT law, including data protection regulations.

- Liaise with clients, providing legal advice that aligns with their business objectives and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate on complex IP transactions and data privacy projects.

- Keep abreast of the latest developments in IP, IT laws, and data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Law degree.

- Work experience for at least 2 years.

- A strong interest in IP/IT law and data protection regulations.

- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
